Ofogh Chakad Darya Company began its activities in 2015 with the participation of Ofogh Cooperative Company and the leading Chakad Darya Cooperative Company with the aim of setting up a dangerous goods terminal in Shahid Rajaei port with 17 hectares of exclusive space. The construction of this terminal was completed in 11 months and was inaugurated in the government week of 2016 with the presence of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, the CEO of the Ports & Maritime Organization, the Governor of Hormozgan and the General Manager of Ports & Maritime Organization.

Dangerous goods are generally referred to as goods that during transportation, loading, unloading and storage operations may cause explosions and fires or may pose a risk to human health, property and the environment. These types of goods are classified into 9 classes according to the standards of the International Maritime Organization IMO called IMDG Code.
Any dangerous goods that are classified in 9 categories of dangerous of goods and their transportation is not prohibited according to IMDG instructions, as well as different types of goods with different packaging, including barrels, jumbo bags, bags, pallets and bulk.
